Laybys

Minki Bazaar welcomes laybys.

By initiating a layby, you are agreeing to Minki Bazaar’s terms and conditions, including: 

  • A minimum 20% deposit.

  • A maximum of an 8 week layby period.

  • Regular payments required fortnightly.

  • Cancellations will incur an administration fee of 20% the purchase price. 

Conditions:

Customers are entitled to cancel their laybys, however any deposits/payments that have already been made towards the layby are only refundable as store credit or an exchange. Minki Bazaar is not obligated to provide cash/EFTPOS refunds for cancelled laybys.

Minki Bazaar reserves the right to take an administration fee of 20% the purchase price for cancelled laybys to cover associated storage and handling costs.

 




Returns & Refund Policy
Minki Bazaar will accept returns on, and provide full refunds for, items that are faulty or significantly different from the description or display.

Minki Bazaar is not required to provide a refund if customers change their mind, however management will consider an exchange or store credit for those change-of-mind purchases provided the item is in an as-new condition and is free from damages that have occurred after purchase.

Minki Bazaar is not responsible for damages that occur after items are purchased.

Unless faulty, the following items are non-refundable:

 

  • Jewellery (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches).

  • Handbags and wallets.

  • Baby items.

  • Personal items and accessories (sunglasses, scarves, hats, beanies, gloves, and clothing items).

To qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit, the item/s must be returned within a 14-day period along with the original receipt and valid reason for the return.

 

 If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your receipt number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Shipping

Please enquire about shipping costs outside of Tasmania. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped.

When you place an order, one of our staff members will contact you with a shipping estimate along with delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
